Recovery Service

Our data recovery service can be used to recover corrupted files of the following data types:

• Microsoft Outlook (*.pst, *.ost)
• Microsoft Outlook Express (*.dbf)
• Microsoft Excel (*.xls, *.xlt, *.xlsx, *.xltx and other)
• Microsoft Word (*.doc, *.docx, *.dot, *.dotx and other)

• Microsoft Access (*.accdb, *.mdb)
• Microsoft Exchange Server (*.edb, *.stm)
• Microsoft Project (*.mpp)
• Windows Address Book/Outlook Express Address Book (*.wab)

• Adobe Acrobate/Adobe Reader (*.pdf)
• Adobe Illustrator (*.ai)
• Adobe Photoshop (*.psd)
• ZIP (WinZip ? self-extract)

The recovery process consists of the following steps:

1. You send the corrupted file(s) to our server (via the Send File page)
2. Once the data is received, our service analyzes the files and we reply to you. You may receive the following types of replies:
1. We have recovered the data or part of it. In this case, the service will send you a report showing the quantity of recovered data and/or screenshots displaying the data recovered.
2. We have failed to recover the data or there is no user data in the file.
3. If you are satisfied with the quality of the recovered data, you should pay the data recovery bill.
4. Download the recovered data from the server of the data recovery service after you pay the bill.

Note:

1. The bill for data recovery consists of two parts: payment for the labor and payment for the computer processing time. For example, recovery of a 2.75 GB Microsoft Outlook user file may have taken 2 hours for labor ($35 per hour) and 7 hours of computer time ($2 per hour). In this case, the total cost for data recovery will be 2 * $35 + 7 * $2 = $84.
2. The Recovery Toolbox Inc guarantees that third parties will never have access to user data or user information.
3. Recovery Toolbox Inc guarantees that all user data and information will be deleted from the company's computers and servers (including backup copies) after we receive the recovered data receipt confirmation from the user.
